For the price, our stay at Hotel Ricci was great value. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a clean bathroom and good wifi. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and within walking distance to Piazza Ferrari. The owner was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially for the kids. They were accommodating even when we arrived late and indulged us with a delicious and filling breakfast, even though we got there after breakfast hours. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring Genoa. We will definitely consider staying here again if we have the opportunity to visit in the future.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there were more child-friendly facilities available at the hotel.

As young holiday goers, we loved the location of The Hotel near the main street in Genoa. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to explore and try different cuisines. The fact that it was within walking distance from Piazza Ferrari was a bonus. Parking was readily available in front of the hotel, and if we stayed longer, there was a public parking lot just 100m away at a reasonable price. The rooms were clean, including the spacious and well-maintained bathroom with a large shower. The wifi worked perfectly, and the staff, including the friendly owner, were welcoming and helpful. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
